Jessica Lemmon is the Founder and CEO of Lemmon Entertainment, a multi-brand company building culture-led properties, live experiences, and media. With 20 years of experience producing complex, public-facing work, Jess is known for calm, high-trust leadership and exceptional execution. She helps teams align on what matters, protect creative intent, and deliver work that is built to last.
Jess came up as a music fan and spent formative years around the touring and live-show world firsthand. That lived perspective shapes how she leads: with clear standards, respect for the people doing the work, and a deep understanding of what artists and audiences need from an experience.
Through Lemmon’s brands and partners, Jess brings strategy-to-delivery leadership across programming, production, creative, media, and talent support by helping teams move quickly, protect creative intent, and deliver at a world-class standard.
